1. Parties

SELLER: Lovemath LLC (providing services under the "ajanslokal" brand). Email: info@ajanslokal.com. Web: www.ajanslokal.com. BUYER: The natural or legal person who purchases a subscription through ajanslokal.com ("Customer"). By approving this agreement at checkout, the Customer accepts that the agreement has been formed.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital service whose characteristics and price are stated below, ordered electronically by the Customer through ajanslokal.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service Characteristics

ajanslokal is a monthly subscription digital service that provides Google Business Profile management, review management, local SEO reporting, and automatic website services. Packages: Kendim Yönetirim — ₺500/month; Biz Yönetelim — ₺2,000/month. Current scope and prices are shown on the order page; the price displayed at checkout is authoritative.

4. Payment and Renewal

Payments are collected monthly by credit/debit card through Stripe infrastructure. The subscription renews automatically each month and is charged to the saved card until the Customer cancels. Price changes are notified by email before the next renewal period.

5. Trial Period

A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscriptions. Card information is collected at the start of the trial; subscriptions not cancelled by the end of the trial period are charged automatically. Customers who cancel during the trial period are not charged.

6. Performance of the Service

The service begins to be performed immediately in electronic form after payment (or trial registration) is completed. The Customer accepts that they have expressly approved immediate performance of the service.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date the agreement is formed without giving any reason. HOWEVER, under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed immediately in electronic form where performance has begun with the Customer's approval. By ticking the approval checkbox at checkout, the Customer accepts that they consent to immediate performance of the service and that the right of withdrawal is subject to this exception. The 7-day trial period is offered so the Customer can evaluate the service without risk. For withdrawal/cancellation requests: info@ajanslokal.com or cancellation through the dashboard.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time through the dashboard (Settings → Cancel Subscription) or by writing to info@ajanslokal.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately; fees already collected for the current period are not refunded, and no charge is made for the next period. 9. Personal Data

The principles regarding the processing of personal data are set out in the KVKK Disclosure Notice and Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes

In the event of disputes, the Customer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in their place of residence.

11. Effectiveness
