Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. Subscription Cancellation
The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time from the dashboard by following Settings → Cancel Subscription, or by writing to info@ajanslokal.com. Upon cancellation, the service is stopped and no next-period fee is collected. Fees already collected for the current period are not refunded.
2. Trial Period
A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscriptions. Customers who cancel during the trial period are not charged. Subscriptions not cancelled by the end of the trial period are charged automatically.
3. Withdrawal Right Summary
The Customer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the agreement is formed. However, for services performed immediately in electronic form where performance has begun with the Customer's approval, the right of withdrawal cannot be used under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The approval checkbox at checkout includes consent to immediate performance of the service.
4. Refund Process
For erroneous or duplicate charges, you may submit a refund request by writing to info@ajanslokal.com. Approved refunds are reflected on your card within 5-10 business days, depending on payment infrastructure and your card bank's processing time.
